Starting Cycling for real soon so i can go and own my dad at a half iron man. My diet is very bad i do a lot of exercise but i don't loose weight since eating 2 pizzas after running or swimming is the norm' I need a decent diet plan that wont leave me out of energy but will enable me to take the fat off around my gut and chest. I go running every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday with the local running club and on the other days i try to go swimming or cycling but if i don't have time ill do some skipping. I'm currently 6ft 1 and 14.4 stone. All this extra weight is around my gut and chest. I'm not going to cut out drinking since i don't think i need to. Can someone please link me to a decent "plan" or some kind of reading i can do, so i can work out what i need to eat.
