Diet ?

Starting Cycling for real soon so i can go and own my dad at a half iron man. My diet is very bad i do a lot of exercise but i don't loose weight since eating 2 pizzas after running or swimming is the norm' I need a decent diet plan that wont leave me out of energy but will enable me to take the fat off around my gut and chest. I go running every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday with the local running club and on the other days i try to go swimming or cycling but if i don't have time ill do some skipping. I'm currently 6ft 1 and 14.4 stone. All this extra weight is around my gut and chest. I'm not going to cut out drinking since i don't think i need to. Can someone please link me to a decent "plan" or some kind of reading i can do, so i can work out what i need to eat.

i have and im not that botherd about gaining huge muscle id rather be lean than be a massive aerodynamic fail.

Well go back and read the part about cutting then, always makes me laugh when people say they don't want to get huge as if it could happen overnight :p
 
Its still good advice its a generally good diet you just need to adapt the kcals to your goals, in your case I would still keep protein quite high as it says due to the large amount of exercise you do.
Maybe aim for around 2200kcals and see how it goes, if your still not loosing fat then adjust after a few weeks

so its all about calories ? and yes i do eat a lot of protein, eggs tuna etc.
