Who here skips breakfast?

i always miss breakfast. get up to early to face it. quite often skip lunch too if im busy. naturally i stuff myself when i finish for the day.

cant be good for me tho.

Me! I hardly ever have breakfast as I very rarely feel hungry in the morning. Although I'll sometimes get into a routine of getting up early and then I'll be hungry and make some food after being up for an hour or so. But this always comes to an end very quickly.

I have found that when I do have breakfast, I'll be really hungry by lunch time. Whereas when I don't have any, I don't feel massively hungry at lunch.

I don't really need it (I often go for a 10k run before eating), but I feel better for having something healthy in the morning like porridge or yoghurt and muesli.

I rarely eat breakfast first thing because it makes me feel sick for most of the day. If it's a full English I'm fine, but anything sweet like cereal, fruit, yoghurt, porridge etc makes me feel bloated.

I've had to start though. I'm having to cycle for a part of my commute and I can't do the distance with no fuel to keep me going. I'm eating a tiny amount of cereal then start laying into my lunch at about 9:30-10am at work :D

Hopefully it'll get easier :(

Pretty much exactly this for me as well, I don't like eating as soon as I get up so usually eat something once I'm in work around 9. Although similar to yourself I've started running into work a couple of times a week and find that I struggle without eating anything, so have a small bowl of crunchy nut to keep me going before the run.

always have some sort of breakfast or I end up starving and overeating when I finally do eat

Not in the week, i'd be dead and unable to function at work by about 9:30am without breakfast. I don't eat it on the weekend unless I am getting up to do something.

If I'm up (lazy college student) I'll have it. If not I'll just have lunch. However, if I go to the gym/pool I'll normally come home and have an extra meal in between lunch and dinner as I'm hungry due to the missing breakfast.

Up until 2 weeks ago I never had breakfast, usually dropped out of bed at 9.30, had a glass of water before work started at 10. All day every day I'd feel sleepy and exhausted. I ate a decent meal at lunch, then nothing until late evening. I'm not overweight or anything, and have been regularly doing weight lifting at the gym for 3-4 months. During training I'd feel sleepy, tired and completely zapped of energy. Gained a fair amount of bulk from protein shakes and lunch/evening meals but still generally felt tired and sleepy.

For the past 2 weeks I've had a complete transformation! I've started waking at 7am, having weetabix and a black coffee for breakfast, getting to the gym for 8am, training for an hour until 9am, getting back home and showering before work at 10am. I can't believe how big a difference this made to my day. I'm pushing better weights because I'm actually fully awake and the gym is empty. I don't yawn even once during the day, don't feel tired, literally run up and down stairs completely full of energy and in a much better mood. Work seems so much easier and problems so much smaller because of my mental change and newfound energy. I get hungry as hell at lunch, then have the appetite to eat again as soon as I get home, then once again late evening. Plus I have my evenings free of gym so can relax!

Everyone should do this tbh :)

To combat not eating in the morning I decided to buy a box of those Nutri-grain cereal bars with jam in the middle. But I ended up eating the full box the night before :D. They are too nice to just eat one.

I always skip breakfast. I prefer the extra time in sleep. Literally get out of bed, wash, brush etc get dressed walk out the door!
