Contact Facebook?

Hi, i have a facebook account which has been temporarily suspended due to being phished by the looks of it.

I have emailed Facebook tons of times but they are not responding and the automated part of their site to get the account reinstated due to their email server is not working and gives a not responding error - message sending error etc...

Any ideas on getting my account back?

Not sure if anyone on here has experienced similar problems and how they solved it.

A ratio there must be but im finding similar people on google with this issue who didnt get a response after 3 weeks, 2 months and even 6 months :S

I've even tried calling them in america to notify them that their site is broken.

you say you've emailed them tones of times, but what's the time between each email that you wait? for some reason i'm imagining some desperate kid in his room clicking resend resend resend constantly as he hasn't got access to facebook for the last 10 minutes.

Looks like there is no fast option to get your account back after doing some googling, could try some off these e-mails what have been mentioned but not sure if any are valid.

Is there any chance you've tagged others onto some of them? Maybe able to get some of them back unless they go along with the account.

Don't think so, no.

And to the OP - why don't you just create a new account? Last time i did that my friends list went from 500+ down to around half that, cutting out a nice big chunk of people i spoke to once at a party or on a night out or something.
