Has Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition ever been on a steam special offer ??

I been waiting ages for steam to put Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition on a special offer ....

Wondering if this game has already been on one of steam special offers and did i missed it ??
 
I don't think it has. It was recently on sale on the high st for a tenner (yes, GOTY edition!), but can be had for £15 in a lot of places still. If you can live with the retail version that is!
 
Lol, a nicely timed thread.

Its tempting to buy Oblivion in that case... £7 so i don't have to use these damn cd's everytime i want to install it.
 
Grabbed Morrowind, Fallout 3 and Oblivion :D

I'll wait for New Vegas CE to appear before deciding where to buy it.
 
I give it a day before the Caravan Preorder thing turns up on torrent sites, i would assume its a seperate .esp that adds it to your char.
