His recent comments over BP have pretty much confirmed what many people have believed since Obama came to power - that Obama is staunchly anti-British and harbours a lot of resentment to Britain. For someone so intelligent, his comments regarding BP have been pretty childish and spiteful considering that BP employs 23,000 Americans and has a vast number of US shareholders.

Who cares what he thinks, He's only the President of the United States of Trailerville.
He rules over a bunch of over weight gun toting christian war mongering red necks **** him !!!

I feel so much better now. :D

Could've made 'em blu rays. :(

???

edit: ohhh do you mean the 20m gallons of oil?

Didn't we give him an Ipod with British music on it?

On another note, yesterday they asked for talks on the Falklands again.

Rofl, no, that's just as **** a gift.

In return for a pen holder carved from the timbers of the sister ship of the one the White House desk is made from and a first edition of a seven-volume biography of Winston Churchill, Barack Obama gave Brown a box set of 25 DVDs selected by the American Film Institute. These, it says, include Raging Bull, Casablanca, Psycho and The Graduate.

So because Obama no longer treats the UK like a cute little poodle and instead like any other ordinary ally, he's anti-British? Ok. He has every right to heavily criticize BP by the way. Every right. The Gulf of Mexico could take decades to fully recover from the Deepwater Horizon spill, and just because Obama wants the BP executives' heads on a silver platter, doesn't mean he's anti-British.

BP may employ 23000 Americans, but they have just taken hundreds of thousands of jobs out on the coastline. And yet you will call criticism of this anti-British. Don't be so naive.

lol

How about the fact he constantly calls it British Petrolium despite the fact that hasn't been the name for ages?
