You could incorporate them both and say something "Whilst tried and tested techniques are fine to continue using I feel that we should always strive to find new solutions for issues which are better suited for today's changing world. It is for this reason that I constantly read about new practices, techniques and technology that are in used in both the building industry but also in wider engineer circles".

It is inescapable that the numbers of staff employed in lower skilled transaction processing activities will decline as functions get disintermediated by technology, so I wish to leverage the harmonised business landscape. I feel that the building industry and their clients will gain net benefit from my blue sky thinking and ability to deliver simplified contract management, effective service evolution and responsive scaling to requirement bringing cost savings by flexible services, control and balanced service levels.
