Hi there,

I really need to add to my DVD collection with some decent films, I'm not a fan of horror and have all the obvious ones. Which films do you guys recommend that I must see?

Pink Floyd the wall (love to see this in blueray)
The Machinist
Terminator 2 extended special edition
Star Wars
Star Trek mainly TWOK and TMP and FC

Things like that.

Sorry your post isn't vague enough for me. Could you be a little less specific please?

As seek says can you be a little bit less vague, if you've got what you consider all the decent obvious films then maybe you could list them or list an illustrative sample at least to prevent people listing their choices only to be told they were obvious.

However I will say if you don't have Casablanca and 12 Angry Men then your collection is sorely lacking. Sticking in the black and white era - Shichinin No Samurai (Seven Samurai), Rififi and The Third Man are all well worth a watch.

I think Smallhausen and I share a favorite actor. Listen to him though, especially about The Good, The Band & The Ugly.
