RACE #1 - Circuit de Catalunya - LEAGUE THREE

Ok like I mentioned earlier I am free every evening from 5pm make that 6pm as I have to get home from work. Sunday I should be done at work around 8pm but depending on staff it could run later :-( Sat night is a no-no due to football. Tomorrow night is ok.

Friday 6pm onwards
Sunday 9/10pm
Monday-Wed 5/6pm onwards (next week)
Thursday anytime before 11AM (next week)
 
Also spoon I've had a quick go at tuning an I'm reasonably happy with the car if you haven't done much on the tuning side yet we could just use it and see what we can Improve if you want also I'll add you now on xbox

I have an issue....me and a mate have just booked a last minute holiday! I fly out on Saturday (12th) and wont be back till next Saturday (19th) :eek:

I can race any day on my return, after 7pm on weekdays, pretty much anytime weekends. Obviously ill understand if everyone doesn't want to wait until next weekend when i return to do the first race but it would be very much appreciated and would give ppl extra time to prepare their cars etc (see this is a good thing! :cool: ). Ive spent the last few hours tweaking and have just put in a personal best of 1:56:253 on Catalunya so im very much dedicated to this ;)

Droolinggimp, if ppl dont want to wait a week for me thats fine. I assume we can find a substitute to fill my place for just the first race (i don't want to lose out on the whole championship because i may miss Catalunya)

PS ill get the setup to you

Lol... sounds like you've done the lot which is fine by me!

Stick the tune and design up on your store and i'll grab it tonight :)

i think the tune can be refined a little perhaps, but well see what you think of it, ive kinda done it to my own taste a little
i.e the brake pressure is down so you need to ue more of the left trigger to stop but the chance of locking the wheels is not as high as at 100%

also the gears have been fiddled with so you have to change gear a lot but it acclerates faster, again we can decide if thats better or not after youve tried it

EDIT: poppy has just reminded me i have a holiday from the 20th top the 29th... OH dear

anyone else?

perhaps its better that when we find a time we are all good for racing we do more than one race? what you guys think

Having a really long sesion is fine by me... It would take around 30 mins or so for one 10 lap race inc logging on and general chit chat. I reckon we could do 3 races in one night/evening.
 
I wont be able to do the 5th-12th of July as Im off to Africa then. Other than that I can be fairly flexible with coming onto race. Just gotta finish the paint job which is a bit of a monster job.
 
Had poppy gone away now?

Sorry for not being on here last few days, long work days and the England game to contend with. I am free Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings after 5/6 Anyone else ready to race yet (designs done, tuning done).

If poppy has gone then we will have to find a replacement driver for me.
 
I could fill in if needed, tho i wouldnt be able to race some nights after say
9pm, as i work nightshift.

Any night after 6pm would suit me but before 9pm.

Yo Cobra I have sent you a design I might twiddle with it at a later date I took some shortcuts with it but I think we can get up and racing with this?

Left your number on the hood the number template from droolinggimps store should slot under that, stick your name on the side (take a look at my store for a photo to see where I put it). Drop me a message once you have had a look feedback is welcome! :)
