Very close game, went through entire regulation time and 1 period of ET without a goal either way, then he scored, I caved and he scored another which was actually a rebound that kindly fell to his player for him to slot it into my empty net. I scored to make it 2-1, he played a little time wasting and then the ref blew up. Harsh on me I feel but in fairness it was a decent, close match.
 
Yeh was probably one of the closest games ive played....I could have had one more at the end when a cross was dropped by Adler for some reason and i didnt realise so Robinho just nudged it back to you :p

Yeah, bloody Adler! I saw him fumble it and I was like "here we go" relieved when it got sorted out though! I hit the post a couple of time as well, think we both messed a lot of chances up. :o

By the way, how come you've only got 2000 Skill Points?
 
Yeh i know mate.....And erm i dunno lol....Probably because i just play Ultimate Team a lot and not really online.......This is a new account also so :)

Why are you so disrespectful to your opponents? You *just* beat me despite Germany having no pace whatsoever, if I put my chances away it would've been a landslide in all fairness and your record suggests you got totally lucky. There are players FAR better than yourself in this tournament and sooner or later a certain person here is going to wipe the floor with you.

Very tight game, your defence was rock solid; Cannavaro, Gamerini, Chiellini were difficult to get past, my tiny wingers had no chance to get past them. Unfortunately the Italian strikeforce is lacking and I was able to stop much of the attacks.

It took a clever pass by SWP and a Gerrard run to win the game for me, otherwise it was very tight.

Good game :).

I was being sarcastic? and i wouldnt call it *Just* as i was messing around for a while.....and record makes a big difference doesnt it :confused:

Lol ok. Record suggests I'm better than you with over 2000 more skill points having only played a few more games than yourself. And of course you were messing in our game, that's why there was no score until the dying moments of the second half of extra time. Get real mate I broke down your pathetic attacks time after time and it took a slice of luck for you to barely win. If you can barely beat me while you were playing as Brazil then Beenom is going to slaughter you. :rolleyes:

I won't get involved in the petty back and forth exchanges after this, but I think you know that you were very lucky to win the game, I had many, many more chances than you and I hit the post 3 or 4 times, a couple of other times came close and your defender also cleared a corner of mine off the line. Apart from when you scored you hardly even threatened, you were *very* lucky and not even Beenom is good enough to leave a game until the last 2 minutes of the second half of extra time and have the confidence to KNOW that they can score the winner against the opposition, you were just very fortunate.

Either that or you are some kind of Fifa god who can leave things until the final minute of a match and score whenever you feel like it, your stats and history suggest otherwise seeing as you carried a 5 game losing streak into our match, whereas I was on a 12 or 13 game winning streak up to that point.

I'm not sour about the loss, far from it, you win and lose, fair enough, but the fact that you have belittled EVERY single opponent of yours so far with your childish swagger and trash talking really, really irritates me. Be gracious in victory, you tit.
