Anyone ever tried...

You can get 4.4kg's of decent whey protein (unflavoured) from myprotein.com for about £30.

Using a referral code you get free delivery.

absolute crap by all accounts, as above MP Impact Whey is a much better choice for the money.
You dont get free delivery using a code though just 5% off your first order

Shows how long its been since I've referred anyone:p Sure it used to be free delivery...? Anyways still better than nothing!

I asked for whey protein for my birthday years ago and got the exact one you were asking about, horrible stuff!!

I thought at least it would taste alright being strawberry but even that was disgusting lol

A chap on one of my PT modules said he used this stuff. Ultimate facepalm, I tried to explain how better deals can be had and also better proteins with better AA profiles but he didn't seem bothered:rolleyes:

Does that still work? all-in1 are going out of business and no longer sell the basic whey any more (all they have left is the weight gainer)

still seems to bring up the whey deal on MP although I imagine it will be taken down soon

is this stuff any better than the maximuscle stuff?

EDIT: by this stuff i mean the stuff you guys have recommended?

Yes, in that the protein content is higher, its faaar cheaper and it doesn't come loaded with all sorts of other crap in it.

Its plain, so just add whatever you like to flavour it. Personally I'll stick in some banana, cocoa powder & cinnamon.

Tasty! :D

op, it's much better than that h&b rubbish, i would advise you to always drink your shakes with water as milk contains lactose, and lactose is not good.

Yeah of course lactose is bad, why else would humans naturally produce lactase to process and digest it.

if your a newborn baby and milk is only source of food then its fine, but for anyone paying money for good whey protein that has the lactose 'milk sugar' removed only to put the lactose back by drinking it with milk is not the smartest thing to do.
