Totally shocked at how shoddily akward the gameplay looks. Graphics and animation looks fine. The gameplay just looks wrong or something. Can't put my finger on it.

Looks awesome to me, only thing that I could possibly see that was wrong is that if it was actually someone playing it rather than being scripted, then the movement controls looking a little rigid?

I don't know. It just looked really weird to play. Didn't help that the guy playing it was a total newb and it looked like he had god mode on?

Also, I got a huge Halo like vibe from that video too. Anyone else get that?

Not really, just reminded me of playing Crysis but in an urban environment.

Admittedly the feel of playing a FPS in a "suit" with the HUD overlay and associated effects might be similar.

The only thing I can think of is that the boss fight looks very generic - Pick up big gun, wait for right time, fire big gun.Rinse and repeat.

The AI also looks poor. The walker clearly sees him walk behind the pillar, then when he cloaks and steps out the walker is looking in a completely different direction, as though it had no idea where he would possibly be. Even if he hadn't been cloaked, it would have still been looking the wrong way.

Well first one looked good but gameplay wise imo big pile of steaming horse crap so i dont expect 2 to be any better it will look nice though and maybe run slightly better and not be coded poorly

Don't know what you're talking about. Looks like any other FPS to mee; you run and around and shoot things, except this one looks absolutely amazing, is really dramatic, has interesting enemies and character abilities.

Looks good to me :)
Maybe the movement was a little slow but could have just been the player.
