Multiple Monitor Help

I have a 2 monitor setup and if I have a game in one and msn in another when I try to use msn the game minimises. How do i get both running simultaneously?

I have a ATI 1650 and Windows 7 Pro.

Pretty sure you can't, at least I've never found a way after several years and using 3rd party software such as Ultramon.

yes fullscreen window mode is the only way i have found. obviously you will loose focus on your game when you go to msn but it wont minimise

/Possibly/ can if you drive the msn screen with a second video card.

The whole multi monitor what you can and can't do raerly seems to follow any logic and depends on just about every aspect from drivers/os, right down to hardware design and physical port layout. I've had many mulit mon setup sover the years and I swear that every time i changed them, what I 'could do' changed everytime.
