Desperados drink where can I find?

Morrisons is the only place I've found Desperados, but they also do "Amigos" which is very similar although a tad rougher. It's a little cheaper too.

Morisons were selling slabs of it for like 9 quid when it came out. couldnt buy enough. think me and my old man bought just about all of it.

Oh there is one I will deffinetly always drink "Effes" Turkish beer. Morrisons also did it for a pound a bottle

Both are available on beersofeurope and it's nice super fast next day delivery if placed by 12 :)

I went in with £5 only planning to buy a sandwich, ended up with 10 bottles of goliath + sandwich and spent the evening sat in my mates garden getting plastered (if you think the maths don't work, it's because i paid on card :p)

I did that on Friday night. but was more a case of i went to the supermarket to buy 5 Ale's for that night. got a phone call as i hit the Beer section. My dad asking if i wanted to head up.

went away with 10 bottles and a bottle of OVD. plus he already had plenty in the house :p:p
 
I get mine from costco 24 bottles for £25. It seems pricey because we are so used to supermarket deals but just over a quid per bottle is a bargain. Sadly I had a BBQ a couple of weeks ago and my mrs made mention of the stuff. Everyone wanted to try a bottle and my stash got raped :(
 
Damn thread has just made me order 24 along with a couple of new things to try.

Gone for a few Mexican things that I'm sure will taste pretty similar.

Heineken own the Desperados brewery so that'll be why. Or they did when I used to work for them a couple of years ago...

For some reason Desperados kicks my face in, great stuff :)
 
I'm trying to remember if it is Desperados or Salitos that have the cool bottles with a notch in the bottom of the bottle to help you open the next bottle.
 
Pretty sure it isn't desperados.

I'm still trying to find somewhere that sells Desperados Red, but unfortunately can't find anywhere.

Lol, what bars throw a lime in the top of a lager? That would **** me off as well. But yes, I do mean lime racked in the top of a Desperados - I prefer it like that.
