Forza 3 Gamer tag list for Private Races/Praccy etc

Just had a few races with CaptainFail and Cobra. I think we can all agree that the Sidewinder Proving Grounds do not good racing make. Other than that, it was all good.
 
I've made some space on my Friends list for those that want to add me. :)
 
I'd be up for a bit of fun on the nurburgring :) havent played this for a while but do enjoy a couple of laps of the ring user name is the same
 
I'm pretty new to Forza 3. Only got my 360 last week. Just working my way through career before I go online, so I'll hang fire on posting my gamertag for now :p
I just wondered how many of you use a wheel over a pad? Is a wheel recommended in order to start posting decent times?

I use a wheel the MS one. Being honest I am actually slower with the wheel & can set faster hot lap times with the controller. I refuse to use a controller for anything else but modding & in paint shop as using the controller makes the game feel dead to me.
With the wheel I'm not faster but I am more consistent, Once I've hit a lap time I can hit it every time. The involvement you get with the wheel is Superb & like i said earlier using the controller makes the game feel dead.
Another thing is when racing I can stay as close to the opposition as I want without fear of hitting them.
 
I've just been trying the wheel on Catalunya. It feels good, but my times are appalling and I can not control the oversteer.

That BMW handles like a shopping trolley.
 
Me and cobra just got randomly booted :/ And I can't reconnect now as it says there are network issues?


edit: aaaaaaaand we're back in the room :p
