I have an Asus Silent Knight AL right now but i want to change it to either:

Or this:

Which is better? What temps will i see from my overclocked [email protected]?
Theres abit of a price difference but i usually dont let that affect me, i rather hear it from the guys that have used both to make up my mind.

Temps right now are:
36c idle @1.45625v
46c Load
52c prime95 stable

Case i am using is an Antec Mini P180 with 3 x 120mm fans and 1 x 200mm exhaust fan.

It seems the H50 is the winner here but i have just had a look on Cool**'s website and found they have a 240 or double rad version of this!! Where can i buy it? I googled it for shopping but no luck! It seems its only available on their website but not available to buy anywhere else?

I dont think its been released yet, not 100% sure though. Will be sweet though thinking about selling my H50 to get this aswell so il be watching this space. Is there space in your case to have a 240 rad exhausting out your case or will you have to mod it?

I'll have to mod the case, cos theres no way i'll be able to fit a 240 rad at the rear. I could remove the 200mm fan at the top and it would probably just fit in there but the best place i think would be at the front of the case where i have 2 x 120mm fans there already. I'll just have to remove the centre table or "stand" so to speak.

Hi Guys,

This is Barry w/ CoolIT. According to the Vortez review, we were slightly ahead in single fan config (both intake and exhaust) and slightly behind in push pull configs. That said, all the reviews vary and most are within the error of measurement so I can tell you here what I've said in many other threads. They are both good coolers :)

Regarding our 240mm config, I will be in UK next week to arrange getting some over here. I am not sure exactly when or how yet but that will be figured out soon. Thanks for checking us out.

Thats excellent news! Can you e-mail me through trust as soon the 240 config comes through and available to buy please? I would really like one of these, they are a beast and saves me the hassle of setting one up aswel as maintenance.

Thank you.

Can't really comment on the CoolIT but I've had my H50-1 a few weeks and installed 2 Akasa Viper 120mm fans on it and it keeps it nice and cool, really happy with it so far.

Q6600 @ 3.2GHz 30c idle in a very warm room, not really tested it with prime95 as I haven't had time but with IntelliBurn it doesn't go over 52c.

good idea aslong as the pipes from the pump to the rad are able to rech the front of your case. i wanted my H50 to goto one of my intake fans on the front bu they are way too short. fingers crossed with a 240m rad they will be long enough to reach the front.

I am eagerly awaiting the new arrival of these new 240's now! Hope they come soon! Already started to mod my case lol to fit one :). From the picture Fiction, the tubes look longer than then 120 versions but as they say pictures can be deceiving so i'll wait till they release more info on it and pictures...

I would go with CoolIT. The pump is a lot quieter and I think it has better performance. On their website I think there is a comparison.

Their comparisons do show that it is slightly better but i know from other benchmarks that they are actually closer in performance. More interested in seeing how the new 240 performs compared to the Corsair H50. I'm hoping for a bigger difference...

Wish you could change the tubing for transparant ones but if i did that i might aswel go custom water cooling.
