On the road....
Some Clown took the keys to my regular truck home with him last week so when I started my shift, I ended up with a different one.

Just happened to be a delivery mileage 10 registration Scania R440, thankfully, I had my camera for once so I got snapping.

To sum up, despite 20more HP than my R420 it pulled terribly, that said, by the end of the week (and about 1800miles) it was much much better.

The ride quality was astounding, almost too good....

"Opticruise gearbox", clutch pedal to pull away & when stationary but otherwise fully automatic on the move, you can select gearchanges manually via the right hand stalk on the steering column. :)

That looks really nice I wouldnt mind spending a couple of days in there.

I was considoring becoming a truck driver at one point sometime wish I had :(
