No need to install, just run and select he amount you want.

Only works if you stream online though.

Difference between disabled and very strong settings is very clear

I'm on OpenDNS and it filtered it out for me also.

Suffice to say I wouldn't go putting anything personal/private into it. If you follow that rule you should be OK.

Not really, worked for Mik3 and I, and maybe others too.

Only dampens the sound of the horns. And distorts the commentary. Makes it even more annoying.
