As for the game, the last one I bought was COD4, so BC2 seems amazing by comparison. It's very immersing.

Currenly have 1024X768 sony monitor lol:D. I was running crysis warhead on my Samsung 40" tv with 1920X1080 res at max settings and I was getting 35-45 FPS on average. It ran very smoothly. So I guess if I run bfbc2 on same settings I should be fine.

Doubt it, what is there left for people to unlock? Achievements are meh, you get points for nothing, just a rank that means sod all once you've unlocked all the gismos.

For me, there is nothing left to achieve now as i don't see the point in getting points for another level that does nothing for me and the maps make me feel like i'm going round in circles because i've played them so much.

i have not played it for a week now, and yeah it coincided with me unlocking the last gun,

i know about the patch, but does anyone know if there is planned maps updates or weapons

I play at 1280x960 with smooth enough frame rates... It never goes jittery. I'd guess maybe 45ish fps? Maybe dropping to 30 in high action scenes, although there isn't as much of a drop in this game when a lot is happening as in a lot of games (e.g. A tonne of explosives inside a destructible building in crysis = slideshow)

Well what is there in CoD or any other game? In CoD, all you are playing for after level 70 is prestige, which is pretty much the same as increasing level in BC2... And if weapons took too long to unlock, people would moan (People do anyway).
I play for fun and to improve my skill :p
 
Quite possibly the worst game i've had for ages on SAS.

Opposing team spamming 40mm granades from roofs, CGs and RPG7s - absolutly no chance of playing the game. Gah!

I've never played CoD online, but it would be nice if they could add more stuff for ranks, otherwise you might as well lock the rank you get when you unlock the final item.
 
Why do people even play the game for levels, upgrades or achievements? What happened to just wanting to shoot some faces and be top of the leaderboard/on the winning team?
 
Dedi was 'hacked' so I'm afraid the sig stuff has been lost. If I get a chance I'll redo the script but it's obviously a bit lower down on the priority list than a fair few other things :/
 
Add me (I've only got two people on my list! I want some decent teams to play with) - I'm called 'Ahleckz'.

Had an amazing game earlier today, everything was going my way.
However, I'm now almost at the worst stage of trying to get gold stars for all the weapons - I've got to do the jump from silver to gold with the sniper rifles. Ugh! It's going to be rubbish! Any tips (really don't want to sit in a bush and wait for the enemies to walk into my crosshairs).
 
My graphics keep going mental on the game since I have restarted my PC using win7 instead of vista. Screen keeps going mental and flashing various colours of the rainbow so I cant see anything. Any ideas why? Same system spec only thing that has changed is windows.
