I want to buy some decent ones for my gf as she always complains about her cheap set whenever she uses them. However I am a man and have no idea on them.

Any ladies/gays/whatever able to help me out?

I have no idea why girls care about this though. Does any guy think 'wow' when they see straightened hair? I don't really care either way!

The missus swears by them, she wants another set, a fat set and a thin set for some obscure unknown reason, £200 for two sets of straighteners seems silly to me but ill say nout while she lets me spend hundreds on pc hardware.

oh and she felt the need to spend £100 on curling tongs, that she has used once i might add!

GHDs. Kate had to use some Babyliss (I think?) ones in France as she left her GHDs at home.

Frizzfest.

Get GHDs, they seem to be genuinely worth the money.
