Vinyl wrapped the BMW

Can't say I like it, it looks weird on a Cab. Post a pic with the roof up.

I disagree about a white wrap looking odd with a light interior.
In america, white + beige leather = standard.

Most importantly though, do you like it? Thats the only thing that matters imo!

Im a big fan of the blue but I dont think it looks bad in black, the point is that my wife really likes it and she hated the blue.

How much did that cost?

1k, which is not too bad. I will probably take it off in a years time.

2nd that. I loved the colour before and the old alloys are the best E92 alloys around. The new ones always remind me of 320d E91's.

I changed the alloys because I have cracked to sets of the 19". BMW repalced them for new ones which I did not want to put on the car as I will just crack them again. The roads in Sheffield are really bad plus I quite like the MV3's

They replaced them, you sold them and bought some MV3's? Alloys just don't last anymore do they? My GF has had to buy 4 new alloys in 18 months for her Merc CLC at a cost of c. £250 a pop. It's a joke. Strangly she used to live in Sheffield, it's when she moved down south that the problems started.

On a side note, did you change your user name?

What a waste of a grand. Why didnt you just trade it for an M Sport?

Isn't £1k for a full wrap and the fitting of an M-Sport bodykit (inc buying) not very very reasonable?

She wants to move to a M3 but I can’t really afford it until we have finished doing up our flat.

I did not want to trade it in as it’s quit a high spec car and its very difficult to find one with the spec I want (logic 7, active steering, active lights and lumbar support)

yep, its a joke they cracked after just a few thousand miles. The MV3's do not really have the cracking problem. It takes weeks of fighting with BMW to get them replaced plus when they replaced the alloys they said they could not put the tryes back on because the inside edge is worn out even through the rest of the tyre had 6mm ish on them. I just could not be bothered with having the 19” anymore hence changing them to the MV3’s

Yes I changed my username.

He paid £1k for the wrap not the M Sport bodykit, which will be more than £1k on its own!

Yes, buts I should see 4 or 500 of the body kit back when I come to sell it. When we bought the car the SE was a good 3k cheaper.
