"it was the first hand she had shutup on" ??? - no idea wtf this means
So you think she had a flush, or did she fold and show? I can't ever see a flush folding on the flop there.

LOL! :D

Jason Calacanis, you've just been owned by a legend.

Hardly a 'LOL!' or 'owned' hand. It pretty much played itself and would have had the same outcome with 99.9% of of players.

Well played. Possibly the first time in the history of pub poker somebody has folded a flopped flush...

well, i won £140 in a 50p £1 cash game about 2 weeks ago. I'm first to act, I call £1 with AA, my friend (I told her not to play against me but she just refuses to listen to me.....well....thats another story) raises £16, fold, fold, fold, another guy goes all in with about £35, fold, fold, fold, comes back to me, I go all in with £80, my friend calls.
Nothing on the flop helps any of us, so i won hehehe.......:)

Was there lots of dead money in the pot? Not sure how that adds up to £140.

If you want a fun live small stakes hand history, I played a cool hand playing 25/50p at the weekend. We were playing >£500 deep, 6 handed, it folds to me on the button and I make it £3 with JTss on the button, SB folds, BB makes it £11 and I decide to flat as I'm basically never folding any two to a standard sized 3bet there, never mind such a pretty hand. Flop is Ah8h7s, it gets checked to me, so I fire out £15 and the young lad tank calls. The Qh hits the turn, giving me a double gutter, but putting the flush out there. The kid then thinks for about 30seconds before checking. I'm putting him on a big ace a lot of the time here and I think he gives up a lot when I barrel, so I bet £40 and he instantly calls. Due to the way he played a few previous hands, I'm 99% certain he has a flush and I'm ready to just give up on the river when it's checked to me. The Ace of clubs hits the river, he bets £90 and I think through all of the hands he could be doing this with for a few seconds and decide that it's basically AQ or KT/KJhh. I give him a speech and then jam for about £450. He then tank folds KJhh. I love playing poker with students that are obviously out of their depth. Happy days :)
