Toddler sat on the bike with his Dad, foot get's caught in the chain and loses 4 of his toes.

Also the Dad has the same name as me and lives in the same town. Hopefully I won't get any abuse hurled at me

This happened to me, didn't lose any toes in the end but one had to be sewed back on. This was me climbing onto my brothers bike when i was little!

I got a motorbike when I was 5 (so at lest I could sit on it myself). Parents got a fair amount of ear bashing about it from everyone that it had nothing to do with, including teachers at school getting in contact to let us know there worthless opinions. End result: 0 injures and still love riding motorbikes. How it ended up in court I have no idea, would they be in court if he lost some fingers in a door?
