Just recieved my Virgin welcome back in the post for broadband, tv & phone and I've got the card with account number, internet username & password.

What do I use these details to log into? the letter talks about setting up my ebilling but if I try logging into virgin with my username as my virginmedia.com email etc nothing will work

To the OP - you'll get given a date for an engineer to visit you. He will issue you with your cable modem, and if the Virgin/NTL point is in a different room to your PC, the engineer will also carry out the necessary wiring for you. Until then, you can't get online. If you haven't had the visit yet, you won't have had your modem yet anyway.
