First of all, the set-up I am planning:

I can't really figure out which of the two to choose; B10 seems better at sound-dampening, but is smaller (worse airflow) and comes with no filters. The two are priced the exactly same, which makes me wonder why the smaller B10 is not cheaper than the A71F. I am also unsure how much room for graphics cards there will be in the B10 compared to the A71F.

Do you have any experience and advice regarding this decision?

I'm biased, but the A71F is by far and a way the best case I've owned.

I'd choose it again and again and again.

Can you elaborate on some pros compared to other cases and general cons? Have you felt it necessary to replace some parts - noisy or ineffective fans that did not cool satisfactorily for instance?

I had the exact same problem to make about a month ago as i did not know which case to get and these 2 were the ones i had my eyes on. After reading a fair bit i decided on the A71F but switched last minute to a Fractal Design one as it was £100 cheaper and very similar to both (at least in appearance).

When I was buying a case, I was in a similar position wanting either an A70F or a B25B. In the end, due to space limitations, I opted for the smaller B25B but given the choice now, I would have bought the bigger case.

However in your situation, the motherboard is a micro ATX board and it would be dwarfed by the size of the A71F.

For which reasons would you have bought the bigger case?

And is it a bad thing that the motherboard is so small? I can always get the ATX one.

I have to remove motherboards quite often to test them and install new coolers so having a bigger case would make it easier.

It would just seem strange to have a small motherboard inside a large case, especially the A71F which is massive inside. It would also make it harder to hide all the cables going to the motherboard.

I can also recommend the a71f as this is the best size, performance, quality and upgradable case for the money! i cant see me having to buy another case after this one and i only paid £158 for mine off a competitor....
