new spring pole spring

Does anyone know where i can get hold of a new spring for my dogs spring pole.
As you can see from the picture his streached it and bent the hooks up so it keeps falling off the connection.

Can't say I've ever seen one of those before in my life.

Reminds me of the kind of things that dog owners use to strengthen their dogs jaws.. which is usualy to do with 'shady things' :\

You could easily modify a Gate Spring to do what you want, sold in Ironmongers, B&Q etc. probably do them, they're around £3 IIRC

A kids Trampoline spring might do it but I think they wouldn't be quite strong enough and may be too small anyway.

My rottie users it and has done since he was a puppy. mine made out of metal and cost around £55. ive had a look at gate springs but there not strong enough to with satand the pullying force of a 46kg 13 month old rottie
