The keys are in the wrong place. The placement of # and @ annoy me.
I prefer my G15 or my Dell QuietKey (the new one).
^ you get used to it pretty quick. I have no problem with switching between mac and pc layout.
The markings are in the wrong place that all.. @ " # are actually in exactly the same place if you press the key.
So it doesnt matter if you touch type![]()
Does the last gen work with pc's just the same as the current version? I loved the one that came with the g3 imacs, just figured it was serial and that the keys wouldn't be programmable in XPp64 or W7. : (
All Apple keyboards have been USB since 1999. Unlike the PC market Apple are not afraid to delete legacy connectors.
They're also not afraid to use their own new proprietary connectors and annoy everyone when their existing peripheral or hardware doesn't fit.![]()
