Ta for the link. A new Thai restaurant has opened near me. Was an ex-Jamaican watering hole and not very welcoming as a pub. Reviews and menus look very nice and will give it a whirl actually going to the restaurant as opposed to the takeaway option

The reviews are the best bit IMO, yes there are all subjective but you get a feel for the place you dont usually get.

Not used that site but do use fillmybelly.com occasionally if I want a take-away ... beats trying to understand someone who can't speak very good English on the phone ....

I've often wondered how just-eat.co.uk communicate with the takeaway - do they text, email, fax, telephone the order through?

Some of my local takeaways listed there, we can have problems getting though to by phone when they are busy or decide to go home early when having a quiet night etc

Use them for our local these days. Really convenient. Our takeaway is excellent though, they'll give you a bell to make sure what you ordered is correct regarding condiments etc.

I'm not in Liverpool, but that's also what my local's called, LOL. They also do a pizza called "Brother Luigi's Special".

For a pizza/kebab place they also do a stonking onion bhaji.
