Any tips on a quick recovery from a fat bottom gumb/lip?

No I wasnt in a fight, no I wasnt bitten on the mouth by a racoon.

Was munching on a roll and wham, top tooth goes right in to my gum, its swollen big time

Dont want to look like bubba gump's lip when I go in to work tomorrow if I can help it
