I need a right angled Philips (or Pozi) screwdrive

like an Allen Key style (at least small and thin) and right angled, etc

Also, it needs to be from a store that I can pick up from today like B&Q or HomeBase.

I'm not entirely sure what they might be called though.
 
Ive got one in my tool box brilliant piece of kit mine fits in battery drill, you can buy a draper 2 piece plain slot and pozi type angled screwdriver set for around £3.26

Sky hooks or tartan paint work better tbh,

lolol just rememberd about sky hooks. Had a lad who was working with us who lived at a pub what was having some work done on it. Anyway the next day we told him to ask them if they had any skyhooks. he was raging at work the next day lolol.
