I think the performance is generally better, except you get more problems and it's nicer to have the chance to upgrade with a second 5850 one day.to throw something out there then, would I be better off Xfiring 2 5770's?
thoughts? would the performance be much better? im aiming to play games at max settings if poss.

It's a 32nm dual-core...a Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 would be fine.im not sure how your temps will hold up @ 4ghz with that cooler
