its Arma 2 MP worth the price tag ? i heard that the SP wasnt that good... but at that price, if the MP enough its worth then ill get it

and it does has co-op for what i can see, how is that ?
 
Commandos 2 definately worth it. It is the best of the lot. I remember playing it for hours when it came out, meticulously going through each level collecting all I could find and experimenting with new ways to break into Colditz! Savo Island was also a corker. Never completed the Paris one though.

so has Arma 2 improved much ?
i remember the demo was pretty disappointing ...have they fixed much ?
would this be a fun game in co-op ?
 
I got it on release and due to a bug which made my game crash I never was able to complete the single player game. Even patching didn't work.

Shame really, not a bad game, but for some reason couldn't run it that well on my system, despite it being an i7 920 and a 4870x2. Bit baffled really, couldn't run it with decent frames at full so had to put up with OFP1 quality.
 
i purchased L4D2 for £6.80. just another game for my steam collection.

may or maynot play it.
 
Only one in Todays deals which interests me is GTA IV for a fiver, but I have already bought that in the Steam Xmas daily deals for a fiver, so looks like another day that my hard drive remains protected :)
 
My god some people have poor taste in games :), "crap sales today" etc. TF2 is of legendary quality, GTA4 & Arma 2 are brilliant games, Osmos is a great little game and 2 classic game packs for under £3, yeah, awful deals.

its a great game !!, but 3 things hold it back

1° on 360/PS3 there is Super Street Figther 4, wich is even better
2° Hackers on PC ruin the online modes =s
3° havent played in a lot of time (got it a while ago on a sale), but there werent to many players online, i mean i never had a hard time finding a match, but most of them where japanses players, or same players over and over again, and some of there were ruined by lag...

anyway if you have friends (and 2 sticks/pads, big LCD/TV) then its deff worth the money

but thats my opinion and my feel of the game, maybe there are some people out there that had a different opinion !
 
Sf4 is awesome. Runs beautifully even on a modest system and online I haven't had any issues.it have had some great matches tho. Cracking price for a great game. . .do it!

Edit. Ignore first edition of this post. Nexus loves creating random words on its own! Sf4 not Safestyle. . . Wtf!

is ArmA2 and ArmA2 arrowhead, different games ? i mean Arrowhead its and STANDALONE EXPANSION pack, does that means that arrowhead and arma 2 cant play online eachother ? or its more like BF expasion, wich arent necesayr but it someone buys it, they got extra things and nothing more ?

they have released ArmA2 Arrowhead today (US steam at least)

PD: LOL on Top Seller today the top one its ArmA2 Arrowhead, and Arma its not even on the list =s (US steam), thats a total letdown

Arma2 looks a good game but the shaky console movement ruined it for me even when it was turned down to the lowest setting
 
Considering SF:IV - can you plug in 2 xbox360 controllers on a PC and use at the same time for this game? Be a good one when a few of use are about and we can bash it out against each other..

Also GTA IV - will a Dell 1749 i5 540M 4GB with a ATI 5650 1GB run that game? Heard its not very kind to systems and loves CPU more then GPU.... Will my laptop run it, my desktop should be to be truthful I'm playing games on my laptop via a 42" plasma, its gaming bliss..!! lol and portable..

two games for less then £12..!! can't be bad..!!

I haven't tried it, but did go looking for reviews - and couldn't find any. that's not a good sign. Then I found a user review which said this:
If you have absolutely nothing to do, which means that you Internet connection is down, somebody broke into your house and stole all your games, DVDs and books, you can’t go out because you broke your leg, and you forgot to pay your cable TV bill, then maybe you could defend giving this game a try.

Any other reason should (and would) make your great grandmother’s pet hamster haunt you in your sleep for the rest of your life.

Yeh I saw Super street fighter IV was out I might just blow the dust off my PS3 and get it
