Step by step for eyeinfinity on 5970

Mate has 5970 and needs eyeinfinity working on 3 screens but so far can only manage to get a picture on 2. I've pointed him to this but he says the screenshots must relate to older drivers as his looks nothing like this.

Would someone please post step by step instructions on getting eyeinfinity working in Windows 7, using Catalyst 10.4 or 10.5, ATI 5970, and using 3 screens....all 3 screens have DP, DVI, and HDMI and all are same res. I think the screens are 1280x1024 or they could be 1680x1050. He has 2 connected via DVI and one via Displayport using minidisplay port to displayport cable. Card is Sapphire 5970 4GIG so uses minidisplay port.

is that an active adaptor or just an adaptor as you need the active adaptor for it to work

What displayport cable is it and what monitor? I've heard if you're using the one from Apple it doesn't always work.

If it's display port > display port you shouldnt' have any issues. It's not the same as display port > dvi.
