Before I ring up T-Mobile to haggle.......
After my initial £35pm 12 months contract had passed, I told T-Mobile I wanted to keep my phone and asked what they could do. They offered me a 24 month contract at £5pm for the same call package (300mins and texts and unlimited internet.) At the time I didn't want to be tied up for 24 months so changed to their sim only £15pm rolling 1 month contract (been on it for the past 3 months.)
Question is can I still use my "customer loyalty" discount and get a discount off a new phone and contract or will that be void now I've changed to this rolling 1 month contract?
I'd like to know where I stand before I call them (if they try and fob me off with some rubbish!)
