Does Red Faction run ok on pcs?

Cos history has shown that most console ports run like crap.

i got it and it runs great, the most problematic thing about that game is.... Games For Windows >_>, that **** platform, and that it doesnt use Servers at all, it goes with the Host MW2 stuff, but aside from that, its a GREAT game and a great PC port !!! (one of the best might add)

Hardly any of these games have taken my fancy. Got monkey island pack and that was about it.

Maybe its because I have most of the decent games :D

This! I mean there have been so many, so so many I could have grabbed for cheap, but I know I won't ever play them!
Steam alone I have Shattered Horizons, Red Orchestra, and Stalker COP unplayed!

I'm still waiting on M&B: Warband, Just Cause 2, and I think I missed out on the Tropico 3 and Gothic 3 deals, so I'll grab them all on the last day in case they crop up in the daily offers.

Didn't they outsource the PC development to another company? I vaguely remember that. For all its flaws (that are mostly gameplay or mechanics) theres little to complain about in my experience.

I just bought Flatout and Shattered. Nowadays, the small games like Shattered get played more by me due to their instant pickup and play nature so at £1.75 how could I resist!

I was going to get Red Faction Guerrilla as well but I thought I may as well get it from Shopto free with Metro 2033 for £10.85. I'll order that in the next few days me thinks.

So... I've bought Broken Sword 2 and 3 but how do I get my hands on number 1?

The Director's Cut edition which has just been released on Wii and DS has a potential release on PC, which I think is why it's not on Steam. It's shame it's not confirmed because it's definately the gem of the series and one of my all time favourites.

Torchlight is pretty good. I started it on normal and i still havent died yet and have played about 4-5 hours. Its pretty easy to pick up and play and not that complicated, dont expect any cut scenes but it has a tutorial at the begining when you play the first floor of the dungeon to help you get to grips with it but if your waiting for Diablo 3 like me then this should help your craving.

I downloaded Flatout overnight and registered the key this morning and it worked okay. (As with all GFWL games at first you get the 'invalid key' error message which is normal.)

First impression of Flatout is a bit meh, but I'll play it more at some point and give it a fair go.

Oh, well that sucks. Plenty of games to play during the wait anyway.
