It's finished (crash content) (now incl. new car content!)

Looks great.. now don't bin it this time ;)

Definitely not :) Going to sort out a hack car for the winter and bad weather days. But also my new insurer includes 6 track/airfield days a year so going to "save it for the track" as they say :)

Looks awesome, how much different does it feel from your previous car Mr N. AthnE?

I just had a thought, your about 60 miles from me. Fancy meeting soonish about half way (Braintree?) and I'll do you some photos in exchange for a spin in it? :D

The throttle and brake pedals are totally different. The throttle is now electronic (old was a cable) and it takes some getting used to. Getting used to it now though after a good blat. The brake pedal is much much firmer but that's good - it feels more predictable. The old car was definitely over-servo'd.

The suspension is much firmer too (Exige suspension). But to be honest you barely notice unless the road quality is very very poor. There are less knocks and rattles, so in my mind at least, it doesn't feel as bad if you hit a pot hole. The car just absorbs it and moves on.

It is quieter in the cockpit too. Just feels more solid and less noise in general.

Definitely will be sorting out a 2bular exhaust though. I can't stand the appearance of the stock one - it looks like a pea shooter. But also I need a bit of burble and pop on the runover and that howl on 2nd cam again.

Going to sort out a proper detail for it later this month. With the "Shine On" guy. It has a few swirls from the dealer's gritty sponge - was perfect before they washed it :(
