I felt more compassion for Rambo and his relationship with that Vietnamese girl in Part 2 I watched last night.

Don't even get me started with that false white-toothed wolf boy who is the worst actor I've seen within the last decade. Robert Patterson was enough, but now this wolf boy seems to have taken things to an entirely different level of awfulness and I feel like ramming my head against the wall each time I see his smiling gob in the news.

I told my gf under no circumstances will I sit through the next movie with her. She told me it will happen, but we'll have to see about that ;)

The lass made me watch the film, I could tolerate it if not particularly enjoy it.

The books were complete trash though

That post was made back in March, why do you feel the need to challenge it now?
Past experience has shown that members will trash threads and generally trolling, the warning was there merely for a precaution. Please don't let it ruin your evening ;)
 
Just watched it and I have a quick question, what is the piece of classical music Edward is playing when Bella goes to his house to stay over? It's appeared in the first and second films I think but I can't think what it's called!

It's unrealistic to start a thread and only have positive comments posted. People must have the freedom to post their views, whatever they may be. Obviously there's a way to do that and a way not to. Personally, my daughter asked me to watch the first movie with her, and I enjoyed it, so we'll probably watch the rest together as well. Not sure what the attraction is with Robert Pattinson though :p

...and the way not to, is to come into a thread saying 'Twilight is ****, only losers watch it' etc. By all means, negative comments are welcome just not those that insult the opinion of others. I believe 'tact' is the word.

Hoping to see it this week. Have read the book so I know what to expect. After reading the books I actually don't like Bella or Kirsten :/ or Jacob either!

First Twilight was meh, CGI was shocking in that.

Second Twilight, was terrible, completely terrible, nearly walked out (only ever walked out on two films - luckily my girlfriend was there to keep me there)

No expectations for this one.

They just aren't good, for me the two leads don't appear to be acting well, just doing the Jack Bauer "heavy breathing" speaking thing. All through the first film the amount they "loved" each other, and their relationship just made no sense, the dialogue is painfully bad, the acting woeful, the story, well, awful.

As belloni said, first bad, second truly awful, third, probably even worse though with uber low expectations its got a higher chance of beating them. Of course my expectations for the second film were incredibly low and it still managed to be worse than I thought possible.
 
My thoughts exactly! Don't get me started on robert pattisons acting, shocking to day the least. If I was a casting director I would never consider him.

I'm going to have to see the eclipse sure to the joy of having a girlfriend! I can't wait as you can tell!
