Orange - texting abroad, who gets charged?

Two people, both on Orange UK Pay monthly with free text allowances.

Person #1 goes abroad.

I'm assuming if Person #1 texts Person #2 then only Person #1 gets charged but...

...If Person #2 texts Person #1, who gets charged?...and how much?

Would you say the benefits package is good? where abouts do you work?

And i know, its everythinheverywhere now but im not interested in the t-mob side of things as i know what its like to work for them :P
 
I'd rather not say where in the company I work (our company policy is against talking about working here which is kinda wierd) but I don't work in retail or in a call centre. I enjoy working for EE, benefits are above the industry norm and as a phone / technology person, I fit right in. It's nice to have a CEO in charge with the experience we need to keep us going from the state we were in, to the great position we have gained.

If I could work it out I'd pm you but I don't know where it is / if it's possible on these forums.
