Is it better for me to sell my rig and downsize?

I currently have

I7 860 @ 3.5
P7P55D EVO
9800GT
1000W CORSAIR HX
ANTEC 1200

I dont game anymore as i dont have the time. All i do is browse the web i had a gtx 275 in there but i sold it.

i also have a 1tb hdd which ill keep along with the 9800gt 1gb

i was thinking of going for a P2 X2 and ocing it a little.

Also what do you think about selling it. shall i sell it as a pc or as parts?

What cpu and mobo and ram do you think i should go for?

You could just get a itx motherboard? and a nice case? eg Lian Li Q itx
If you did want to sell probs best selling individually....
 
I think you should sell the motherboard, cpu, psu (way overkill) and the case.

Get a smaller case but a decent quality one, Intel i3 530, H57 chipset motherboard and a 600-650W PSU.

Maybe chuck in a 64gb crucial Sata 3 SSD with the some of the spare cash you will have.
