Acer 5740G, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 Model?

and have the 5650 1GB card? As the only version i see are the ones with the 5470 cards. Im after the i3 version. Ive seen some for £588 but whenever i find 1 are always out of stock. Could u send me a message of where u have seen these?

I do see what you mean with regards to out of stock, but sold out ( poss delivery issues from ATI) is not the same thing as EOL.
It might be worth a call directly to the stores and see what they say on ETA.
As for the other thing you asked, that is against forums rules, so I would not do it anyway.

Ok, well ive spent about half hour on goggle looking for the 5650 gfx card version and they are all out of stock every where, and the only 5740G laptops i can find that are in stock are the inferier 5470 card version. The actual proper model name for the 5650 card version is, Acer Aspire 5740 AS5740G-334G50Mi, no stock anywhere which says to me that they've discontinued it
If you google search your product code AS5740G-334G50Mi you will find stock within a few clicks
Yeah i think i know the one your on about, the 1 for £630??, which is way overpriced, seeing at the other sites that have no stock have it for £575 which includes shipping. I have gone for the, Toshiba Satellite Pro L650-165 for £553, which should be with me in the next 2 days
