Depends on your useage...but even with hard useage i get a good days use out of mine ie emails, text, BBM and phone calls...saying that i always drop mine into the charging pod when i get home so i dont let it drain completely.

Storm was a POS in all honesty...i had one when they first came out but sent it back after one day :/

I got the Storm2 which was much much better and faster...but i sold it to get the new HTC Desire Android...which is pretty good but still prefer my BB 9700 over it.

I have the option of buying a 6 month old 9000 for £120. Mint condition. Is that a good buy?

Yep excellent handset although a bit old now..still have mine in its box as a backup should anything go wrong with my 9700.
