Land on the witness's car and grapple the other two together/to the floor and watch them fly off the road, easy ;)
 
I'm wondering if its possible to get a few planes of the ground lol.

Will need a run way like double the length then the one i was on as they didnt move an inch of the ground

EDIT: Haha it worked when i went to the biggest run way next to it.. Didn't see that one ;)

All you need do is keep causing chaos and the meters will go up bit by bit until it says "opening PDA" and you'll get the map come up and a bunch of new stronghold takeovers or regular faction missions etc will be added :)
 
ok thanks, like currently I'm here been there a couple of times, police rape me... but somewhere when i select over the place it says 84% complete so, guessing i just got to go kill more of them etc to get it higher.

iv been spawning around the same point today, but i head west by boat to that airport with the city just the other side :p
im 95% in the city (cant remember what its called)

After the success of my HD clouds, I decided to start modding many of the textures to make JC2 look even better. Im mostly working with subtle things like new effects or small environmental changes (I don't have that much experience with larger things like character or vehicle textures)

Checklist-
New Clouds: 90% (still need to make cirrus clouds that look better)
New Lens Flare: 99%
New Tracers: 95% (still doing some final testing and tweaking)
New Rain/Snow: 40% (not sure if Im gonna do anything with the snow, it looks about as good as it can get right now)
New Moon/Stars: 10%
New Sky: 20% (fixed issue, can continue without hitch!)

Below are ones that I havent looked at yet, and Im not sure if I will change them or not.
New Vehicle Details
New Leaves
New Roads
New Terrain Details

Below are ones are impossible until Gibbed updates his archive viewer to know more files.
New Muzzleflashes
New Explosions and Smoke

Made the rain look more torrential, though it's hard to tell in this picture.

Thats all I can think of for now. If you have any suggestions for things to mod or how to mod them please tell me! It would also be nice to get a fellow or two who knows some things about coding who could possibly change the way some things generate (I had some ideas for changes, wasnt sure if they were possible or not, but at the moment I cant remember them x.x)

Very useful but i prefer the parachute so... beats getting a plane from the black market and flying slowly

Looks nice. Where do i install this too? No instructions, both FOLDERS and then the 2 single files into dropzone or?
