penski was a pretty nice guy most of the time as far as I can tell but he had a habit of pushing boundaries of what was considered acceptable and he did have very strongly held opinions on certain subjects that meant he could be rather rude to others who disagreed. Whether you think his views were right or not he did have several warnings and suspensions before eventually being banned.

Angus-Higgins just stopped posting as far as I'm aware although with the amount of attention that was given to his posting style I'm not totally surprised - threads were very quickly diverted off course just by him posting in them, even after he tried to explain why he posted as he did.

I miss MYB, he was a legend. And piggymon thinking about it, there were loads of cool posters back in the good old days.

Penski seems to have exploded or something, he's disapeared off a few sites I think.
 
The only two banned members I can remember of note would be ElRazur and Virii. The former was just a kid who was a narcissist and a compulsive liar who often posted completely contradictory messages, and the latter was one of the most obnoxious, xenophobic & poisonous members this forum had ever seen.

We always remember the bad eggs. Funny aspect of human nature...

Last he heard about Angus-Higgins was that he was trapped inside some square brackets. :D
 
When ancient threads are bumped here it always amazes me how many 'Permabanned' always seem to show up in them :p
 
All the interesting people get banned. It makes the place kind of dull sometimes.
