sony memory pro duo or san disk cards for camcorder

I have a sony handy cam that takes sony memory pro duo and san disk memory cards which I am going to purchase.

What I would like to know is how much recording footage does a:

2gb sony pro duo mem card hold?
4gb sony pro duo mem card hold?

2gb san disk memory card?
4gb san disk memory card?

any ideas or help would be appreciated

2GB is 2GB, doesn't matter what type of card it is.

You can get an 8GB Pro Duo for about £20 nowadays though...
