Mr. Web
Used to get a lot of this type of spider in the garage when I was working on the bikes. I'd taken to testing them a little. I'd draw a circle around the spider using rubber solution (highly flammable), and set it alight. The spider can either try and wait it out, having to survive the heat, or it can try and jump/run through the fire.
Most tried to run through it, but the fun bit is that they'd just get stuck in the rubber solution and burn to death.
i was asleep the other night. and awoke to something scurrying up my back. man i have never jumped out of bed so quick. i thought it was a mouse at first, turned out as i rolled over to jump out of bed i squashed a huge spider about that big with my back. im lucky he didn't bite me as i rolled on him! made a mess on the sheets too.
Will it blend?

House spiders **** me up. Normal small ones are fine, but house spiders which scuttle around really fast scare me. I blame my mother, who used to SCREAM LOADS whenever she saw a spider, when I was a kid... that must have instilled some good old arachnophobia in me!
