"Miss Paginton’s employer, Mrs Sarah Griffiths, found her lying under her duvet with a laptop on her chest.
When she moved it and lifted the duvet, she found the nanny was naked from the waist down and there was a vibrator in her bed. The laptop was still displaying pornographic material.
Gloucestershire coroner Alan Crickmore said it was likely ‘her activity before death’ contributed to the fatal heart arrhythmia.
A verdict of death by natural causes was returned."
