lol wow so moat had hardly moved far at all from the town? How great are our police. Thermal planes, dogs, tons of forces and they couldn't find a guy a mile away?

So why are the police negotiating with this guy??...i mean if he turns round and says as long as you dont lock me up ill surrender...are the police going to comply with that?? :confused:

If he gets arrested I wonder how long his 'life' sentence will be.

It will all be videoed, if he gives up the gun he will be arrested, the only time they will shoot is if he becomes a threat to the public or the Police Officers. If he points the gun at anyone other than himself he is as good as dead.

I said in a previous post that Rothbury is one of my favourite parts of the world. It is a small village with a myriad of places to hide with expansive countryside behind a short distance away.
