Fiesta's air con not much colder than outside air!

My Focus has always had really good air con to the point that i get condensation on the windscreen, The wife's fiesta on the other hand barely makes the air any colder than it is outside. Since she's a community nurse and out in the car all day its been really bad.

Anyone know of a "man that can" in the Surrey area? I'm off often during the week so hopefully an air con specialist can see me soon!

The aircon in my 3 series is also a bit poor. Does the regas actually work?

I took my Focus down to a local garage a little while back where they did it for £35 and they had very simular equipment to what Kwik Fit had and when it was all done & working again it did make a huge difference, I'm glad I got it done back then as they have bumped the price up to £45 now :rolleyes:

If that's the case then your focus AC is broken aswell, might be worth getting it checked out.

If your low on refrigerant then adding or complete re-charge will work, unless there are other problems in the system which can hamper performance.

Think my Astra's AC may need doing too, this time last year it was nice and cool but using it the other day, it wasn't so great. That being said, it's not been used much at all lately so maybe it needs to adjust...or something.
