I'd have thought of it along these lines, and artists do usually like to make a work original or have permission from the original creator.But you haven't, the tattoo artist has

I wanted to use one of his designs so I just emailed him and all he wanted was a starbucks card with some money on it so fair play! I'm thinking of starting a business where I troll Facebook and Myspace for tattoos of copyrighted logos and images and pictures, then send them a letter on behalf of the owner threatening to sue if they don't get it surgically removed or pay us £2000.
Then you'll be sued by the copryright holder for 7 figures +. (and by the people you're threatening for god knows how much as America has the wonderful system of punitive fines)
Also iirc you'll need to be a lawyer so good luck with the bar exam.
oh and don't try it on any French people as the French government will prosecute you.
