Is 6 am on saturday too early to mow the lawn

Of course it's too early, nine am onwards is fine. Don’t forget that it will most probably be damp and covered in dew.

Nothing used to wind me up more than getting woken up at 8-9AM in the morning by the neighbours mowing the lawn , they're in the whole weekend why have to do it first thing in the morning??

I'd leave it till 12.
 
its only too early if your lawn mower runs off a v8 high octane engine. I'd say go for it. Council morons where I live are out at 6am with those strimmers that sound like helicopters cutting the verges so I can't see an issue TBH
 
Unfortunately for most people in this country 6am is considered really early so yes, I think you'd annoy several people! :p Besides, the sun won't have had the chance to dry it yet either. It's better to do it in the afternoon IMO.
 
most people will have had the chance to at least get some sleep by 6am, cut it about 2am when it will really really annoy your neighbours
 
You can get those "quiet" lawn mowers now apparently. If you're keen for morning mowing and it's quiet enough get one of those instead.
 
Doesn't matter how quiet your lawn mower is......when it munches an Alsations turd it makes a very load noise indeed.......my neighbour uses his mower as a poop scoop and just mows over the top filling the air with a rather unique aroma
 
I would put your head in the lawnmower and turn it on.

Generally I say 8am you can start banging and crashing as loud as you want.
