A Quickie are the Creative Gigaworks T20 Series II 2.0 any good? or would you recomend anything for same price or cheaper?

Will be used for games but mostly music...

I used to have 5.1 but i just want something small to put behind monitors... tho may welcome some 2.1 systems if base speaker isn't 2 big... but i want a pair of speaks that sound good.

They don't need a subwoofer. Fantastic speakers for music.

Hmm I don't know what to do, 2.1 or the Gigaworks T20 Series II? I don't care greatly about loudness or loud base as if I want that ill put ps3 on and play music on the nas with my sexy 5.1 lol, I just want nice pc speakers for music and so that i don't have to listen to the game and friends on teamspeak down my headset lol.

You really can't go wrong with the T20's for the $$. I use them for listening to music and they sound superb! They don't need a separate subwoofer as they are able to produce more than enough bass without one. You really have to hear them to appreciate how good they are.

i had these for a week and couldn't get on with them so went for a 2.1 for the extra bass.

might be your cup of tea and what you want from a 2.0 speaker set up but for me my money is with some good 2.1
